Creating a Dropbox Account

Open your student email account at MyDSD for messages from your instructor on joining dropbox.  Join and accept.

Click on the link in your email to go to http://www.dropbox.com. 

Create your Dropbox Account using your student email account as your log in name and you PIN # as your password.

Install your Dropbox software on either your H:\ or the desktop.

Accept an invitation from Coach to connect to a shared folder "ADVCT".

Create a folder on the root of your Dropbox called [Last name, First Name, Period #]. 

Share [Last name, First Name, Period #]  folder with Coach at his email address at cstringfellow@dsdmail.net.

To Take a Quiz or Test...A Student Must do the Following

NOTE:  You May Use Your Textbook or the Presentation on All Quizzes

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAM VIEW QUIZZES / TESTS

  1. Open the "Application Launcher" or the Window that opens when you first log in.
  2. Make sure the "Business Lab" is highlighted from the list of areas on the left.
  3. Double Click on "Exam View Multi-Media Player", let the program open....
  4. When the window opens, (it should look like this...)
  5. NAME:  Type your first and last name.  (ie., John Smith)
  6. ID:  Type the 7 digit number that is your School Student ID Number.
  7. Find the Test Name.  Double Click to open the file.
  8. Complete the test, Print only the first page of the test, Exit when finished, Hand the test in.
